1. Feeling guilty about not treating the twins equally..

Dear parents of older twins, I need your advice. My two
are so different, I could never even get them on the
same schedule. Since our girl has always been more high
energy, demanding, non-sleeping, tantruming (you get
the picture) twin, I am always quenching the fire with
her and whoever is available (daddy, grandma, helper)
is dealing with her more easy going brother. Usually
the little guy is rather flexible and doesn't mind.
Only occasionally we have sibling rivalry displays. Our
girl is always about 4 months ahead of the boy - she
crawled, walked, talked first. She can explain herself
very well now at 2y 2m, she is more mature in many ways
in spite of a difficult temper. Our boy is mumbling
something and often we have no idea what he wants and
he just cries in frustration. He is mostly a very sweet
boy, but today I was shocked to witness him raging. I
think he really had enough after I turned off the music
he liked because his sister was screaming her had off
to make me turn it off. He was all shaking and red and
pounding his little fists at me. I felt so bad, but
what can I do with the two of them screaming in the
car. He was still screaming and raging for half an hour
after we got out... I feel like this was the last drop
and I need to instill some rules to make the poor guy
feel in control at least some of the times. Would be
happy to listen to any advice or personal experiences.
Many thanks in advance!

Is there still a group that meets up every Friday at La
Boulange at noon? I went last Friday and there was no
one there. And if anyone is interested in having a
playgroup who live around Noe, I am down to host. I
have 6 week old g/b twins and a 18 month old.
