 Hi all,We are expecting twins in beginning of Jan (or
 anytime in between as my OB says!) and are trying to
 line up help for the first few months. We are looking
 for a night nanny to cover 5 nights a week.We have
 found one promising night nanny (though we are
 interviewing others as well). She can only do 2 nights
 a week, but can bring in someone else she has worked
 with for the other 3 nights. Of course, we would
 interview this second nanny as well.I am curious if you
 think this arrangement of two different nannies
 alternating nights would work? My concern is that
 everyone has different styles and this might make it
 hard for twins to build a consistent rhythm. On the
 other hand, we would have a natural backup in case one
 of them was not feeling well that night.Have you used
 this arrangement? Do you think its worth trying or
 should I only look for people who can cover all five
 nights. Thanks for any advise. This group is awesome
 and I really enjoy all the discussions. Rashmi

 We actually had 7 night a week help and had 2 night
 nannies that were amazing . We had no issues with
 having different people. The night nannies we used both
 had a ton of twin experience and they stuck to our
 schedule. We used Jackie O'Flynn and Connie Cullen and
 I can't say enough great things about them.

 Hi, I wasn't sure how to get in contact with the snow
 ski closet person. Can I please borrow 2 ski jackets
 and 2 ski pants one for boy and 1 for a girl. We need
 it for the week before x-mas. Can be both for boys if
 not one for a girl. Please let me know. May

 Melanie,I wanted to see if I can borrow the CARES
 harness. We will be traveling the 14rth - 1/5. If it
