 My doula has one from the Farm in Tennessee. it's
 awesome. The woman is totally calm the whole delivery.
 Inamae explains that the midwives and doulas are
 trying their best to be as calm as the mother is

 I bought Ina May's "A Natural Delivery of Vertex Twins"
 here: http://www.inamay.com/?page_id=41. I also
 borrowed a copy of the DVD entitled "Psalm and Zoya -
 The Unassisted Homebirth of our Twins". My husband and
 I watched both videos numerous times during my
 pregnancy including right before heading to the
 hospital for induction. Both videos were hugely
 influential in me fighting for a vaginal (and
 unmedicated!) twin birth. Basically, I was able to
 have in hospital the homebirth I had wanted. With
 twins I wasn't comfortable having a homebirth. Best,
