[House] "replacement" garage sales for SFPOM consignment sale

The SFPOM for this Saturday has been cancelled. A  couple of people 
are making garage sales for the stuff that they were expecting to sell 
there.

I'd really like to go to this one first, and as early as 
possible:
9am -12pm on Saturday (237 14th Avenue between California and Clement)


This one is secondary:
155 Connecticut Street cross street Mariposa
one block from Jackson Park, one block from Goat Hill Pizza.
TIME: 9AM - 1PM
