We are looking to purchase a new play structure for our
back yard. Something that is redwood, not huge, but
not too small either. Can anyone recommend a good
company? I found Rainbow on line but don't really know
 much about them.Thanks!Diane

kitchen with dishes and food stuff. You just have to
pick it up. I live in SF NOPA. It is just like this
one on Craig's list. My little girl and her friends
loved it but now she has outgrown it and I have to make
 room for a barbie doll
 house.http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/bab/2663963374.html

Topic: gestational diabetes: meal services

Ugh, I was just DX with GD. I'm 26 weeks today and I'm 38
 with b/g twins. Anyone...

I also had GD and felt completely overwhelmed at first.
I didn't think of a meal service but I found that,
after a few days to a week, I had acclimated easily to
the new way of eating. I bought tons of snacks and
stashed them everywhere - car, work, purse. Things like
yogurt-covered raisins, granola bars, nuts. I set
alarms for when I needed to eat and learned to prick my
finger discreetly anywhere - at work in a meeting, out
to dinner etc. I also found I didn't have to modify
*what* I ate as much as when/how often and what foods
in combination worked. Have you seen a nutritionist?
UCSF had me meet with one and she gave me sample menus
and lots of helpful information. If your dr network
doesn't offer that I would find one on my own. That
made a huge difference. Good luck and try not to be
overwhelmed...it really only takes a very short while
to get the hang of it.

Cat - Thank you for your feedback!! I see a
nutritionist on Monday (SF Parinatal). If you happen
to get this before Monday, could you tell me how often
you were suppose to eat and what they said re:
portions? I'm sure it's personally tailored, but I'm
concerned about the weekend--though I'm trying to eat
super carefully. Anything you were told to stay away
from? Thank you again for sharing!!
