Things that are going around currently:

- Infant Measles.  High fever (103+) that ends with a rash that
  starts at the head and moves down (i.e. rash and fever are not
  concurrent).  Rash is flat and speckly.

- Hand, Foot And Mouth.  High-ish fever (102+) *and* raised rash
  (like headless zits) usually on the palms and soles, sometimes
  inside the mouth.

In both cases, rest and fluids.
