Hi,

Thank you for your email. 

I got the carrier a little late - not until the boys were 10 months and 21 and 23 lbs each (we got big boys). So I only used it a handful of times (once to the De Young, where we were more of a sensation than the Gaultier exhibit ;-), then the conservatory of flowers (both don't allow strollers), and a few walks around the neighborhood. 

I have to admit, I didn't love it, because it was just really heavy with the boys (but that was the 45 lbs of babies...), but I thought it was relatively straight forward to put on (after 2 practice rounds - and I like puzzles). What I liked about it was that you could put the little 'harness' on each baby very leisurely, and then just clip them in fairly quickly to get them on you.  I would only recommend putting it on if you plan to carry them for more than a few minutes (for the short short trips, I'd say a single carrier and one held on your arms is faster). Also, the carrier is very minimal, so it doesn't provide much structural support (compared to a fancy backpack carrier - but then again, those don't come in twin either). 

So, I thought it's a fun carrier for when they're a little lighter - I think at 20some lbs each, it gets a bit tough.
