[House] Question Regarding Tiny Tots Diaper Service Delivery for Tuesday 12/11/12 #68282

Yes, I do have a note on your account to send you a full delivery each week
but due to policy I need to check with you first before I add in the amount
of diapers.  I am so sorry for any inconvenience.

The 85 was a estimate on the drivers behalf and the 96 was what the counter
actually counted, so not too far off.  I have corrected it and will be
sending you 100 diapers this coming week.

Also, since Christmas and New Years falls on Tuesday this year, we will be
pushing your pick up and delivery to Wednesday for those two weeks, so on
12/26/12 & 1/2/13.  I would recommend to place your soiled bag out on
Wednesday night earlier than you normally would due to less traffic and
accounts on holiday hold.  After the holidays  your delivery day will go
back to Tuesdays.
