[House] T-Mobile change?

T-Mobile says we can drop our plan payments to $79 or something if
we do a 2 year contract.  Last time I checked with-contract was
*more* expensive than without-contract, as it subsidizes the phones,
so 0.o I don't get it, but if true it seems maybe worth it?
