[House] Insurance to-do

1.  The isurance form needs the signature of someone authorized to
sign a house credit card, so I need to either change card numbers or
get a digital copy of RJ's signature.

2.  Earthquake insurance: $25k coverage of stuff ($750 deductible),
$10k of "shit I have no house" living expenses ($0 deductible) =>
$213/yr.  That seems a no-brainer to me.
