 Hi,Happy New Year 2012.One of my daughters (2 yrs & 2
 mos)has an eye condition named "congenital IV th nerve
 palsy - trochlean nerve". We were told it required
 surgery. Does anyone has a Pediatric Ophthalmologist
 to recommend? We would like to get a second opinion.

 Dr. Good - He is FABULOUS! And wonderful! I think his
 first name is William, and his practice is in Marin but
 he makes rounds to all the NICUs in the Bay Area, so
 that might mean he takes appointments elsewhere as
 well. Good luck.

 Hey Wendy,I got the city select and liked it while the
 babies were still pretty small. Then I bought a used
 Maclaren Techno off of craiglist for less than $100
 from another SF twin mom. Best.Buy.Ever.I absolutely
 love the thing. My twins are turning one this month,
 and they love sitting side by side (holding hands) and
 looking out. The entire stroller is like an umbrella
 stroller, and it fits everywhere! I always thought a
 side-by-side would be too wide, but I've had no issues.
 The storage underneath isn't bad (I go grocery
 shopping, and if it's a lot I take shoulder bags as
 well.

 Arts. The instructor is a woman and she is so good and
 perfect for Theo! It is in the inner sunset at Irving
 and 6th and they recently got the Red Tricycle Award. 
 She will let you try out a class for free. Check out
