[House] Question Regarding Tiny Tots Diaper Service Account #68282

We're actually running a bit low this time, so I'm wondering what
the count has been the last couple of weeks?  I suspect it varies a
lot from one week to the next, and we should just stick to one fixed
number and leave out the spares each week.
