4. Lactation Consultant for Twins?
--------------------------------------------------------
cathytanimura - 1/17/2012 7:28 pm

Can you recommend the lactation consultant you used
with your twins? Preferably someone who will make
house calls and visit in the hospital. With my first, we
used the CPMC consultants and liked them, but their
hours are so limited and it was really hard to get
someone to visit us before we were discharged from the
hospital.I feel like at least I'm going into this with
eyes open (unlike last time!) but with twins coming I
think it's going to be a whole new experience with new
challenges, so trying to get prepared.

Hi there,I saw a nutritionist at SF Perinatal and built
off of her recommendations. I created my own daily log
that I can share with you if your shoot me an email. I
didn't stress about every day. I used the log to make
sure that I was generally on track every week on the
amount of protein/fruit/etc. I was told to eat daily.-
