That is so kind, and wise, of you! Have you searched
the SF Public Libraries online database? I'm sure you
can find something there... I was at the Bernal
branch last night and noticed something along those
lines in their kids' section, but can't remember what
it was, specifically. And the children's librarians
could help you, too, I'll bet... Good luck!

I'm not sure I can help, but I can say that I was
surprised by how long my son seemed to have teething
symptoms (general fussiness, drooling, waking for short
periods (although not as long as you describe) at
night) before any teeth finally appeared. We kept
waiting and waiting while lamenting his crankiness, and
then about a month or so after it started the poor kid
finally had multiple teeth appear. Have you tried
running your finger along his gums to see if you can
 feel any teeth coming in?

I wanted to ad, too, that not only do the members see
your ads, but so do the ~25 or so business (various
stores, doctor's offices, kids play spaces, etc.) to
whom we sent copies for distribution. I've received
feedback from them about content, so I know that we
have that secondary audience as well. For your ad to be
included in the March/April issue, we'd need your info
around the end of THIS month. Thanks!NatashaEditor,
 Multiplicity

We transitioned one of the twins into a bed. We have
3-in-one cribs -- so we just took off the railing. It's
lowered so it's fairly close to the floor. We still put
pillows next to his crib though - as the first night he
fell out a few times and ended up sleeping on the
floor. We ordered the guard rail / to install on the
side, but by the time we got it - he was used to
sleeping in his bed. It took 3 nights - and then we was
used to it. We have a gate on their door so we can
leave the door open at night. We do hear him running
around here and there but for the most part it's been a
smooth transition! We did find that the first 2 nights
he would wake up @ 5am or so - walk over and turn on
the lights in the room so he could locate his "lovies"
-- and then go back to bed leaving the lights on -
which would wake his brother so our solution to that
was just to get a little nightlight that stays on all
night. They both seem to like the night light and they
have been doing well to the new sleeping
 arrangements!Best of luck!
