 Our FT nanny always wants extra hours, especially in
 the evening which is an easy gig (relatively) because
 the kids are asleep. If you think you'll want fairly
 regular extra coverage on evenings and weekends, I
 suggest you make that part of your interview question
 when hiring -- not a requirement but a nice-to-have. 
 It's much easier to have your nanny stay vs. transition
 to someone else showing up.
