The tylenol is 125mg / 5 mL = 32mg/mL

The dose for a 12 lbs infant is 60mg.

So, 2mL, or close eough.

Having said that, Frances' fever, at least, was responding quite
well to 0.5mL, so probably no need to go over 1mL until teething
gets bad or something.
