 If these clothes are still available, we would like to
 accept your generous offer. We are expecting identical
 boy twins in August and so the clothes will be well
 used. We live in Bernal Heights. Where in the Inner
 Richmond are you located? Also, I have an appointment
 tomorrow morning (Monday, 6/18) at CPMC so if I could
 pick these up tomorrow; that would be ideal. Please
