 I was just put on bed rest yesterday and am trying to
 keep my twin girls inside as long as possible. We also
 have a 4 yo son. I am looking for recommendations for
 housekeepers, meal delivery services, dog walkers, and
 night nurses. We live in the Inner Richmond near
 major bus lines on both Geary and California Streets. 
 I also recommend any advice from others that were put
 on bed rest. Thank you!
