 I'm helping spread the word for a casting call for
 families of twins ... I can verify that it's legit (and
 paid!), if this sounds interesting ... ////CASTING
 CALLA major children's brand is casting SF families for
 an upcoming advertising shoot. Looking for newborns -
 14 months (including twins). Also casting some siblings
 and parents, including pregnant women 6-8 months. Must
 be available to shoot during the day on either April
 23, 24 or 25.If interested, by Sat., March 31, please
 send a recent family photo and photo of your child(ren)
 along with a brief introduction including names and
 ages, and we will get back to you with more

3. Nap transition

 Our nearly 16 month old twins seem to be nearing a
 transition from 2 to 1 naps. Currently they sleep 1 1/2
 hours at 9:30 and again in the afternoon (they go down
 anywhere from 1:30-2:30, depending on our activities
 that day). One twin has stopped taking the 2nd nap for
 a few days; lies in her crib, talking, playing, etc.
 The other seems to sleep, but takes longer to go down
 and doesn't sleep as long. Would love any advice on how
 you made the transition, and especially how you did it
 if your twins weren't ready to transition at the same
 time.

 Hi all,For anything that doesn't sell this weekend,
 feel free to take it to Saint Brigid School at Broadway
 and Franklin. We're having a rummage sale on April
 21-22 with all donated items.Just an idea for a place
 to unload unwanted stuff. You can drop off any
 donations:April 4-5 between 7:30-8:30 AMand all week
 April 16-20.See you all tomorrow night or Saturday! And
 hope you all do well at the sale (buyers and sellers
 alike!!)Susan

 Hi there, I did a lot of acupuncture - I also started
 with Dr. Wu, but after a while couldn't afford her
 treatments and dealing with insurance was terrible, so
 I switched to Dr. Jiaming Lee in the Sunset. She is
 very sweet and motherly and her assistant dealt with
 all insurance issues. She was recommended to me by
 another twin mom.

 Congrats!! Very exciting. Thirding Elizabeth's
 recommendation on the Barbara Luke book. I didn't keep
 calorie intake, but I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I
 wanted. I also followed Luke's vitamin and mineral
 supplement very strictly. I was 102 lbs, and 5'3"...
 had to be induced at 38.5 weeks. I did acupuncture up
 till 36 weeks, took lots of walks, and drank an obscene
 amount of water all the time. Good luck!
