 Hi,My twins are 15 months old and they have been going
 to school since they were 6mo old. I say school as the
 providers are all teachers and not just day care
 providers. The kids are actually taught everyday. 
 They go to San Francisco State's Children's Campus! 
 The program is amazing and small which is what we love
 about it. It is a played based facility. The program
 is not cheap but no program is cheap... We pay about
 $9/hr per child. I think it is about $17k for full
 time infants. You might want to look at school which
 are NYEAC approved -- this means they are development
 centers and NOT daycare centers. Wendy
