1. Referral to inexpensive divorce attorney?

 Hi all- a friend is looking for an attorney to handle
 her divorce and custody battle over her infant;
 however, she doesn't have a lot of money and especially
 not right now. I'd guess that the real issue of the
 split will be over custody as opposed to assets. I
 would love to pass along any referrals,recommendations
 or ideas that you may have. Thank you!Beth

2. Need advice on push car versus wagon

 Our twins are about to turn 1 so we're thinking
 birthday presents. Our daughter routinely climbs into
 other kid's push cars at the playground--she loves
 them. But she does not like to share with her brother.
 It doesn't seem like a two-seater exists and I'm sure
 it's impossible to push two down the street. My mother
 in law wants to buy us a radio flyer wagon with two
 seats but I'm not sure they would really like that more
 than the stroller and I've heard they are hard to
 steer. Any thoughts on a good riding toy for twins?

 We had a double wagon that we really rarely used, it
 seemed like it would be cute, but we preferred the
 stroller. The 1st birthday the most popular gifts were
 books, they were really starting to get into books and
 now at age 2.5 they are addicted. By far the favorite
 gift which they won't really enjoy until 14-16 months
 is the ride on cars, like the Radio Flyer rocket, or
 the winnie the pooh ride on train (we had one of each,
 our boy claimed the rocket, the girl claimed the train)
 they were a hit for a solid year. Happy Birthday!

 Our 3 y/o twins still love their indoor ride-on toys!
 We also have Little Tykes cars for backyard use. We
 never took them to the park because they are bulky and
 you need one for each kid. We got push bikes around 2
 and these are in heavy use - we haven't used strollers
 since around 2.5 (when two adults are available to
 push). We only used wagons at the pumpkin patch and
 they were great fun, but I can't imagine using them on
 steep SF streets, but might be good somewhere in GG
 park botanical gardens when the kids do not need to

 Hi, sorry for my late reply, but my boy got sick, then
 my girl, and finally we all are in good health. We live
 in Diamond Heights, and we can drive to any
 neighborhood.
