 We are talking with nannies for full time help for at least
 a year and wanted to know if anybody...

 Look at the "files" tab at the top of the page. Click
 on "nanny." There is a sample contract there.

 We used this as a framework and made any changes
 necessary. It is overly wordy and did kind of overwhelm
 our nanny when we first sent it (English is not her
 first language) but it is incredibly comprehensive and
 had a bunch of stuff we wouldn't have thought

 I agree with the above post. Keep them on the same
 schedule if you can. We did 3 hr feedings in the
 beginning and then on demand, but again if one asked
 for food, both got fed....It will save your sanity in
 the long run. Good luck!

 Hi there, We had consulted with Noelle Cochrane for our
 twins. The advice she gave was helpful to us, but you
 could pretty much find the same sort of thing by
 reading books etc. E-mail me if you want more
