 It is totally normal for supply to go down a bit at six
 months when yourbabes start solid foods. Going back to
 work at the same time can add tothe supply issues. 
 Fenugreek can help, and extra nursing sessionswhenever
 you are at home. I nursed my babies 2 at a time until
 they wereabout 7 months old and really couldn't stand
 it -- and I think that nursingboth at once actually
 helped keep my supply up.As for work pumping: My advice
 is try to pump as early in the day aspossible. You are
 more likely to get 2 pumping sessions in at work
 andthen be full by the time you get home. Get a hands
 free pumping bra so thatyou can multitask while
 pumping. Definitely try to buy or borrow a secondpump
 so that you don't have the added stress of schlepping
 your pump backand forth to work.Even if your supply
 goes down a lot -- you can still nurse as much as
 youand the babes are willing. There is a nice period of
 time after you don'tneed to pump at work - but you can
 still nurse at home -- and that is theperiod I'm in now
 (my babies are 12 months old) -- and while my supply is
 alot lower -- my stress level about nursing is far
