[House] Washer repair

The washer drum is off kilter that can't be remedied by leveling. I 
suspect that either the bias spring or the support strut is broken 
(they are apparently easy cheap fixes if you have time, parts and a 
helper :/). I called

plus parts and labor. They may or may not have the parts to fix it 
right then.
