The service person called to say he was giong to be early and showed 
up at 1:45. He was here about 15 min. The main problem was leveling 
and maybe something with the strut support. The machine is now level 
and should work properly again. Cost was $65 on check number 408.

However, he said that the machine probably wouldn't last too much 
longer and that it would be one of the pump motors that goes out and 
that repair will be $300. He told me that machines are made to last 
5-7 years and unless we were going to spend $5000 to get a very long 
lasting machine, to not spend more than $500.

So, to make the machine last a bit longer, please do not overload the 
machine. There is a line on the agitator that is the max line to load 
to with clothes put in loosely. Too many clothes means the motors work 
harder.
