 closing...in case you need baby stuff.

 Out twins are 4 years old. When they were 24 months, we
 took a long weekend to do the 3 day method. We
 basically had the kids naked for 3 days. We pulled up
 rugs, and stayed inside at home for 3 days. I would
 definitely do both kids at the same time, and if you
 can, get extra help from grandma or the nanny so that 2
 adults can watch and help the kids while the 3rd adult
 makes lunch, etc. We tried to make it a fun atmosphere
 with lots of praise and encouragement and treats. They
 both got into it, and I think learned for each other's
 experience. I think it would be really hard to do that
 for just one child if the other was around. The 3 day
 method really worked for us. One child caught on the
 first day, and the other caught on the second day. We
 have been diaper free (other than pull ups for sleeping
 and long car rides) since that weekend. Good luck - you
 can do it!
