 Hi there,We are happy and excited to announce the birth
 of our twins, Alexandra and Thomas on April 3rd! Babies
 were delivered at 38w 2d via scheduled c-section and
 they were huge: 7 lbs even and 7 lbs 9 oz,
 respectively. Unfortunately, I developed some
 complications and am back in the hospital for surgery
 exactly a week afterward, and must stay for two nights.
 Once home, I am going to need help, as I am not
 allowed to lift anything, not even a baby.I had a great
 session with a post-partum doula already this week
 before the complication, and babies were both latching
 and feeding well.My question is, based on your
 experience, during the two-week modified bedrest
 portion, do you think I need a post-partum doula, or
 would a mother's helper suffice? We will have a night
 doula 4 days per week, but I will need daytime help
 with feeding, diapering, baby laundry, tidying up, etc.
 I also have the very popular Regula Keller coming in
 two days over the next two weeks to provide day doula
 care and support (her only free days).Since we are
 looking for full time support, it would be great to
 understand if we can get by with someone who is $15-20
 an hour, instead of $35-40 an hour.Also, any
 suggestions as to who might be good for this would be
 very much appreciated!Thanks in advance,Liz, Jesse,
