 Does anyone know when Babies r us is having their next
 car seat trade-in sale? We're going to need to buy 4
 convertible carseats (ouch) so hoping we can catch it.

 I don't know offhand although I sense it's getting
 close...September/October? Do you need old car seats
 to trade in? I have a couple of outdated convertible
 carseats and a couple of booster seats.

4. Looking for part-time nanny (20-25 hrs/wk) for 16 month
twins

 We're looking for a part-time nanny for our 16 month
 old twins. Logistically we need 20-25 hours/week
 (could be more if avail) and I'm rather flexible on the
 hour/day combo -- but it needs to be Mon-Thursday. We
 have a wonderful nanny now who has worked with kids in
 many capacities and is currently in grad school for
 pediatric occupational therapy. We're losing her
 because school starts soon. We (and our girls) adore
 her and we'd like to hire her clone - in other words
 not only someone who is sweet, nurturing, caring,
 smart, and a hard-worker -- but also someone who knows
 this age and has some sort of childhood development
 background (and a college degree). If you know of
 anyone available now or in the future (I can be
 flexible with start date for the right person) - please
 let me know!
