2. 4 month old twins - are we normal?

Hi Momma'sI am looking for some advise and feedback on
sleep habits for 4 month old twins - (one is 14-15 lbs
and one is 10lbs.) My kids are eating every 3 hours
during the day, have "dinner" feed around 6:30-7:00
and go to bed really easily in their cribs right after.
I dream feed them between 10:30-11:00p usually without
them waking and they go right back to sleep. They get
up anytime between 2:30 and 4am and I do a full sized
feed at that point, put them back to sleep (sometimes
with issues as they can be very alert at this feed) and
then they get up for the day around 6:30 or 7am.Am
wondering :- is this normal? -How do I start to get
them to stretch longer after the dream feed? -When does
"sleep training" start?-what do you do when they are
wide awake at night? This past week one has been
chattering and laughing and rolling around in the crib
after the 2:30 feed for a solid 45 mins to an hour- and
Im afraid she is going to wake the other one up! -what
should the day time nap schedule be - we dont really
have set nap times but they do sleep , just not in huge
chunks or at consistent times. I am trying to get them
to nap in their cribs and that is proving to be
difficult.-how do you deal with 2 babies going through
this? They are in the same room/different cribs and I
hesitate to let them cry or fuss too much because i
dont want them to wake the other-one baby has been
rolling over to tummy for several weeks now, so no more
swaddle and he has a hard time settling himself on his
tummy - he cant figure out where he wants his arms and
head. If he is on his back he immediately flips and
then cant get comfortable. - took him 45 mins after
eating to settle last night with me sooothing , helping
him , rocking etc. so the 3:45 feed stretched out to
close to 5am.There are so many different views and
references and books on sleeping and sleep training,
just wondering what everyone found helpful and whether
there are any recommended strategies for twins.I am a
single mom and the nights are really hard dealing with
2 by myself. I am going back to work in about 6 weeks
and am freaking out about them not sleeping longer at
night as this routine is exhausting.thank you in
advance! i really appreciate the advice :)
