Hi Ruth Anne,

I can authorize the use of an exterminator company, but they do use poison.
Other than that, you can try traps or a cat. Let me know what you decide to
do.

Hi Anna,

At 2694 19th Ave, we seem to have a rodent intrusion in the walls, floor,
and/or electrical soffit of the downstairs bedroom. A chewing noise was loud
enough to wake me up last night. My children sleep in this bedroom, as do I.
Please advise. I would prefer an alternative to poisons, as my children are
2 and manage to get into *everything*.
