 We pay our nanny hourly but guarantee a number of
 hours. We have give additional PTO aside from the
 contract and also an hour off early here and there. She
 will attend a funeral this week so will need time off.
 Do you typically pay for those hours? Sounds like the
 right thing to do but wanted to hear what people do in
 this case.Thank you in advance.
