1. Suggestions for an "easy" vacation with 2.5 yo twins?

 Hi there, parents!We would like to go on vacation with
 the twins when the nicer weather comes. We are looking
 for somewhere VERY child friendly, perhaps with a
 swimming pool or a beach, although not necessarily. We
 are prepared to maybe fly for a couple of hours, but
 don't really want to take a longer trip than that.
 Driving somewhere closer would also be good. And we
 would like to rent a little apartment/cottage, ideally
 with cribs.Are there any such places? Any suggestions?
 Ideas as to how we could find what we are looking
 for?Thank you so much in advance.

 we took our 19 month old twins (at the time) to Carmel
 Valley ranch. They loved the pool and the wild turkeys
 roaming the property and the food. They loved the
 aquarium too and the Dennis the Menace park.I loved the
 food, wine, pool, tennis and the walks to Monterey Bay,
 otters, etc. The suite we had was beautiful and very
 romantic too (even with the twins in the living room).
