 We are moving to our new home in San Mateo at the end
 of this month and we will be transitioning our twins to
 daycare soon thereafter. We have been blessed to have
 Sara Ramirez as our nanny for the past 13 months. On
 numerous occasions we will be approached by other
 nannys and parents that rave about how she is so sweet
 with the kids, is incredibly high energy and constantly
 talking and singing with them. We requested that she
 speak Spanish with them and now their Spanish
 comprehension is amazing after only a year. They only
 have 20-30 words each at this point and 10-15% of those
 words are Spanish. We could not be happier. With that
 being said, Sara speaks perfect English as well and is
 comfortable with either language. She is looking for a
 position for 2 days per week and those days can fall on
 any combination of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays. 
 Ideally, she prefers 10 hour days, which is what we
 hired her for, but she is flexible down to 8 if needed.
 She is even available on Saturday evenings as well. 
 In 13 months she has not been late or called in sick
 ONCE. She lovingly cared for our kids when they were
 sick and never once complained about anything. She is
 as reliable as they come. Her rate is $25 per hour.My
