If actual high chairs rather than hook-ons are an
option, I recommend the Sven high chairs. They are
real space savers, pretty attractive, and they last a
long time. You can adjust them to grow with your boys
until they are about 4 years old. They are expensive,
but we found one used on Craigslist for ~$85 when we
bought ours.

don't know if this will help...but here's hoping. i had
bilateral breast reduction 20+ years ago, but the
method of surgery i had gave the best outlook for being
able to breastfeed my twins born in july 2011. knowing
that i'd likely have to supplement from the beginning,
i did a TON of research on bottles that were least
likely to cause nipple confusion. the tommee tippee
anti-colic ones were consistently mentioned as being
best for this - wide like mama's breast, supple like
mama's breast, and the anti-colic ones require sucking
out the milk like breastfeeding (the anti-colic ones
don't drip). here's a link to the bottles:

some other moms who breastfed more than i did can offer
more advice. hang in there. those first four months
are tough! let us know how it goes! best, jen

Studies have shown that extended time in a car seat
lowers an infant's oxygen levels, and can put undue
pressure on their spine.
http://children.webmd.com/news/20090824/infant-car-seats-may-lower-oxygen-levelsFor
a preemie whose oxygen levels are of special concern,
I'd follow the doctor's recommendation and keep them
flat whenever possible, including on walks.

My advice would be to stock up on premie diapers if
your going to use disposibles. In our first few days
home we found it hard to find premie diapers and
resorted to ordering online. Also dont forget premie
onesies, we found premie clothes pretty hard to find
and now that we dont need them we see them all the
time. Dont forget their outfit to go home in has to be
premie too. We had bought newborn sized outfits and I
dont think their legs made it to the leg part of the
outfits but they had to wear them to get in their car
seats for the ride home which was just a few blocks.

Twins1018 reminds me that it appears none of us
mentioned the SFPOM Premie Closet! I used mostly
premie clothes from there, and then also donated a ton
of "newborn" (post Premie, pre 8lb) clothes there as
well when the kids outgrew them. Hope you've already
been connected.
