 I heartily second Stephanie Forester's Pilates! 
 http://www.preggopilates.com/ i just finished her
 prenatal classes, and I can't say enough how much they
 helped me stay strong and pain-free from weeks 27-33.
 She's a terrific teacher and counselor, helping me
 understand WTF was going on with my body, and even
 referring me to an awesome prenatal chiro who almost
 completely eradicated my SPD pain. I look forward to
 when I can start her post-natal series! Also, don't be
 afraid of committing to a long class series. Stephanie
 was extremely flexible and accommodating in allowing
 make-up and drop-in sessions if you had to miss a
 class.
