Gabby - Did you find one? We gave a nice one to
friends who are ready to return it -- I can accelerate
getting it back, if you need one!NG

great questions. i personally would stay the course
until you're out of the hotel. around 12 months our
girls consistently threw their bottles to the floor at
lunch time, so we migrated to food only. broccoli,
scrambled eggs, avocado, any family foods - just mashed
up or cut up small enough. breakfast at 20 months is
still bottle of formula. they still seem to enjoy it.
we went a week where they threw them on the floor and i
started making up oatmeal, applesauce, eggs, etc. but
now, they're preferring bottles again over food at
breakfast. maybe bottles will last another week at
breakfast, another four months, or end tomorrow. we'll
see. i just don't worry about it. they'll not be on
bottles and formula in college! :)afternoon snack is
some fruit slices - apple, kiwi, mango, etc.dinner is
10oz milk followed by food - pasta, rice, veg, fruit,
etc. i've seen the whole 6-24 months as a slow
migration from formula/breastmilk for nutrition to
table foods for nutrition. hope this helps. high
chairs we use are fisher price space savers that fully
tilt back - not just the fp ss model that reclines -
but the model where the entire seat mechanism tilts
back (great with bottles!). you can use them on the
floor too (like a bouncy). we travel with them in the
car. very convenient. if you have any questions, just
 let me know.best, jen

I second Karen Schwarzbach of www.babiestoslee0.com.
She was a great resource and is respectful to nursing
 moms and cosleeping moms.

my girls are 20 months. i agree with jess. my strong
opinion is that you can't overfeed infants. they know
when they're hungry. they know when they're full.
they'll push the bottle away, thrust it out with their
tongues, turn their heads, etc.at around 7 months i
think i made four ten-ounce bottles of formula a day,
plus some food tasting/flavor exposure after each
bottle. sometimes they drank 6oz, other times all 10.
they know what they need.after running around between
12-36 months children slim out anyhow. our pedi
reminded me of that. hope that helps. best, jen
