 My almost 5 month old twins are not nap trained and barely
 STTN (to bed by 6:30pm...

 Once I knew they weren't hungry at night, I use/used
 earplugs and sometimes I even use them plus put a
 pillow over my head to block out the crying. We live
 in a loft so the space is pretty open and it's very
 easy to hear them downstairs (plus I'm a very light
 sleeper).
