Probably stupid questions, but I've got to ask:Will we
encounter any grief from airport security (at SFO) for
carrying on six bottles of ready to feed formula (6 oz
each) for our 6 month old twins for a 3.5 hour flight?
TSA's website indicates that we can bring a
"reasonable" amount of liquid in excess of the normal
3.4 oz requirement, but I thought I'd check with ya'll
first in event I should be thinking of carrying on
powered formula instead. We had hoped to avoid the
whole balancing a squirming, unhappy baby(ies!) while
making a bottle on the plane, thing. Also, can we walk
through security with babies in front packs (Ergo,
Cybex, etc.), or will we be asked to remove them
first?Thank you so much, in advance. This trip is going
 to be a TRIP.

we used to bring ready-made plus some dry for backup
without any problems. bring double what you think
you'll need just in case of flight delays. you
shouldn't have any problems with quantity. we've been
able to wear the kids through security with ergos once,
but more often have been asked to take the babies out
of the ergos. front wearing the babies in the ergo on
the plane is genius. they're strapped to you, so you
can doze too! have a great trip! best, jen

oh, and try your best to time their feedings for
takeoff and landing for their ears.

We're happy to host! As Carin said, Tutu School is at
519 Bay Street, between Taylor and Jones. There is
street and metered parking (the meters accept credit
cards) available, and in a pinch a hotel lot across the
street. We're right next to Starbucks and Trader Joe's,
and please don't worry about bringing food/drink into
the space. I can't be there tomorrow (I have my 30-week
doctor's appointment), but one of our teacher's will be
on site. I'll hope to join in on the 22nd!-Genevieve
