 You may be hitting a growth spurt, or you're just a tad
 early for the 4-month "sleep regression."Ours were
 sleeping thru on a pretty similar schedule at 2.5
 months with BF and some supplementation, and I can tell
 you, at least for us, it finally passed. We found
 making sure the room was completely dark (blackout
 curtains for streetlights, no nightlights) seemed to
 really help. They were just at that age becoming more
 aware of their surroundings, and any lights or noises
 may have interrupted their ability to self-soothe and
 get back to sleep.Just make sure they get a long, full
 feed for the bedtime, and here's hoping it works out
 for you.FWIW, we did try "controlled crying" (a less
 intense form of CIO) around this age with the more
 difficult one when he'd get out of sync. It really
 seemed to work when he was crying for no apparent
 reason. However, in this instance you describe, it
 sounds like they are genuinely hungry.Good luck!
