1. Getting twins back in the same room - SO HARD! Any advice?

My 6.5 month old b/g twins have been sleeping in
separate rooms for the past 4 months or so, mostly for
my own sanity. My husband works long hours so I do all
wake ups on my own. Having them in separate rooms
allowed me to stress less with one woke up. Now they
are sleeping much better (usually 6 - 6ish with a dream
feed at 10, although our girl will also sometimes wake
up between 6pm and 10pm and fuss) I would like to get
them both back in the nursery. This means moving our
girl from our office. The past two days of attempting
this have gone horribly. Both babies typically fuss a
bit before bed but usually can fall asleep on their own
without any extra help from me. The past two nights of
trying to get them to sleep has involved intense
screaming/crying, worse than I have ever heard! It is
like they are scared. It doesn't seem to work if I go
in to try and soothe at increasing intervals, as the
other one is still crying and keeping the one I am
trying to soothe awake/riled up. Both nights I gave up
and moved our girl back to the office. I am not
necessarily opposed to just letting them cry it out,
but I am not convinced that it will work. Both babies
(especially my girl) have such strong personalities
that I think she will continue to just work herself up
and throw up instead of going to sleep. I did interval
cry-it-out with them (in separate rooms) and never got
past the 10 minute mark.Any advice on how to make this
transition? I feel a bit stupid for getting myself in
this mess in the first place by separating them, but at
the time it was all about survival!

Hey Tammy! We are at the tail end of cry it out.
Interval check ups did NOT work for us. It led to Sivan
crying for 3 full hours (we fed her in the middle of
that). I decided to just let them cry it out together
in the same room and we went from 45 min on Thursday to
10 minutes yesterday. (We weren't home today so I'm not
sure what is going to happen now.) Anyway, crying it
out is the only thing that is working for us and its
actually making them easier kids in other aspects like
feeding. And things were getting pretty nuts by last
week. Good luck and please call me if you need
 anything!

3. Need an Amazing Vacation Spot

With sitters asking us what our summer plans are, I
feel the need to book our vacation soon. My husband and
I feel comfortable taking our 1 year old twins almost
anywhere and since it's 2 weeks, I'd like to go far and
reserve things in CA for extended weekends. Any
cities/hotels you love that is stroller-ble, family
friendly at restaurants, and hotel in 'close' proximity
to airport?Any direction would be greatly appreciated!
 Thank you!

outgrown them in a hurry!! And now she doesn't have any
dresses! If anyone is interested, I can send photos. I
hope to sell them for $10 each and get her some new
ones soon! There are some I bought and she never wore,
so they are new, jumper type dresses with turtle neck
