 Hello--I'm curious about twin birth experiences
 attended by a doula. I understand that in order to have
 a vaginal birth, the first baby needs to be head down.
 I am 27 weeks and so far so good on that front. Let's
 hope he doesn't decide to move! I am just starting the
 search for a doula, but I'm wondering:1) Has anyone
 hired a doula with hopes of a vaginal birth, but then
 had a C-section? Did the doula attend the C-Section?
 Can a doula add value to a surgical birth?2) are there
 any referrals for doulas with twin experience in San
 Francisco. I have emailed a few on the Natural
 Resources website, but would love to have a referral or
 two from twin parents.Thank you,Marilee
