 We just had a conversation about this car business
 yesterday. We went with a Honda Odyssey. It turns out
 we planned for the worst case scenario: the few times
 we'd have the twins, helper, and at least one of the
 moms with us. Suffice to say that in two years we had
 that situation exactly 5 days. We could have bought
 something smaller and just rented when needed.On the
 other hand I find having room for a third person beside
 the 2 (Diono) car seats important to me, and the
 Odyssey does provide that, and a ton of space for
 schlepping all the gear when we travel around. I had
 not considered the car pooling issue, and I'm glad
 someone brought it up in case it is a concern for
 you.I'd look at any car with an eye for Usual Car Stuff
 (handling, ergonomics, durability, safety, maintenance
 and fuel costs, resell value and any green concerns you
 have) and then take the car seats and the stroller with
 you for a test fit. If you travel often, it may pay off
 to check if stroller, 2 travel cribs (if you use them)
 and a large suitcase fit in the trunk.Alessandra
