 Did any of you mothers have a shortened cervex while
 pregnant. Im 24 weeks and found out yesterday mine is
 24mm....How was the outcome?

2. Tips for Expectant Parents of Twins with 2-year-old at home

 Our toddler will be about 2.5 when our twins are born
 this fall. She's home during the day with mom, and we
 will have a nanny to help out once the babies arrive as
 well. Anyone have any tips of things they did or didn't
 do that really made a difference? We want to do our
 best to make sure she feels included and not pushed
 aside. We also want to retain as much sanity for
 ourselves as possible. Any and all advice much
 appreciated. Thank you!!

 Hi! We're in Noe Valley with a two year old (expecting
 twins this fall). We love Little Folkies Music Studio
 (http://www.littlefolkies.com/) and we have a
 membership at the zoo which is close. Also, the Upper
 Noe Rec Center has some great classes--we've done the
 Simply Fun class where tots play with a gym full of
 toys and do a little craft as well. The baby bootcamp
 classes at Noe Valley Courts are great and CardioTone
 has babysitting services if you're interested in
 getting a workout with your little ones. Have fun!
