 I'm in search for a highly recommended cosmetic surgeon
 to get a breast lift. Since I know longer breastfeed my
 twins I would love to get the ol' girls cranked up a
 bit.Any suggestions on a CS or how to find a good one
 would be much appreciated. :)Thanks!

 That was me three years ago. We started our oldest in
 school- just two days a week half days. It wasn't a lot
 but having her out of the house was helpful. Make sure
 the nanny has lots of "fun big girl" activities that
 she can take her on too. With all the feeding and udder
 exhaustion, you won't be up for leaving the house too
 much in the early months. We always included Adelle in
 helping us. This meant bringing us diapers, rocking the
 swing, etc. We also talked a lot about all the things
 she can do that the twins can't and made her feel lucky
 to be the big sis. It was hard but three years later my
 three girls are best friends. Big sis still likes to
 talk about all the things she can do better and she
 spends a lot of time "teaching" the twins.
