 Dr. Coleman, fellow twin parent, is a great resource
 and speaker!!! I remember him from 2 years ago when he
 spoke to our group. He has a casual style if speaking
 and made us laugh even. I didn't realize how GIG TIME
 he was til after I went on his website. Apparently he's
 been on a bunch of shows as their guest speaker, from
 talk shows to Sesame Street!! Awesome to have him back!

 I am 26 weeks and now officially on bed rest for a
 shortened cervix. Everything was going great through
 the first 24 weeks. The one thing I have learned with
 a twin pregnancy is things can change fast once you get
 to 25 weeks. I would suggest to start slowing down
 around 25 weeks and listen to your body! Also, hope
 for an easy pregnancy but prepare yourself for possible
 bed rest. Good luck.
