1.  Going to the bathroom is rewarded with normal praies.

2.  If they are good about the diapering process, they get to put
the toothpaste on their own toothbrushes (note that this may mean we
go through a lot of toothpaste, but F seems to generally respond
well to "no, that's too much").

3.  If they are good about the toothbrusing, they get to pick what
they wear to bed (if they both pick the same thing, I suppose they
get to learn how coin flips work).

4.  The *reward* at the end is that they get to be good to the momma
milk.

5.  They get *one* warning for pinching the boobs, and then it's a
timeout (2 minutes, no stimulation).
