My insurance is with UCSF and unfortunately the entire
children's section is moving from the Parnassus campus
to China Basin.Does anyone have a good pediatrician
recommendation in the Cole Valley area? Someone warm
 and experienced with twins?Thanks.

We are expecting identical twin girls in Feb. Our
older son will be 3 years 4 months old at that time.
Was wondering if anyone who has an older child and
younger twins had any advice on either what was really
effective in trying to balance your twins and your
toddler in that hectic 4th trimester/newborn period, or
what you wish you had done differently? I haven't been
able to find a lot of practical guidance here beyond
some basic things like books to prep older one for
twins arrival, presents from twins to older one, and
acknowledging the difficulties of the situation to the
older one. I am just really concerned (based on
descriptions I have heard) about having no time at all
for my older one for the better part of a couple
months. If there is anything I can do to prevent that
from being the case, I would like to make sure I do it.
He has already been so patient with a momma who has
has slowed down considerably the last couple of months.
I tried to search the archives, but didn't really find
anything on this topic. Thanks in advance!

Hi all,I have 6-wk old twin boys and am struggling to
get them on the same schedule. It seems even more
difficult at night, with them waking up virtually every
hour. Any tips or advice is much appreciated!
