 Marie,we go to the UCSF Pediatrics at Post &
 Divisadero. I sometimes go walking from the Marina, so
 guess you could go from Pacific Heights easily. I like
 UCSF care in general and am very happy with our
 pediatrician, dr. Kosinsky. Their acute and urgent care
 is at Parnassus, though, which is not a walking
 distance. On the other hand, we don't have a car
 either, and it's not a problem for us. When necessary,
 my husband rents a Zipcar and that's been a great
 solution for situations when we can't go walking or use
 public transport. Hope this helps.
