 I'm feeling lost and confused about feeding now that
 solids are in the mix. My twins are 7 months old and
 have had solids for about two months. They love
 everything so far (avocado, banana, sweet potato, peas,
 green beans, oatmeal) and seem hungry for bigger
 portions. But when I feed them larger portions, about
 10 minutes later they seem uncomfortable and over-full.
 I'm having the same issue with how many oz of pumped
 milk/formula to give them when I'm at work and in
 evening, for a feeding that I'm switching to bottle. 
 Larger portions and more solid eating sessions has also
 meant constipation, so I've backed off.Can you share
 your schedule for when your twins were around the same
 age? Mine is below - along with more questions!7:30 a
 nurse(was giving them oatmeal and sometimes prunes
 directly after, but dropped that after a few days)9 -
 10:30 nap10:30 6 oz (nurse on weekends)10:45
 solids12:30ish nap2:00 6 oz (nurse on weekends)(nanny
 sometimes gives them second solids around 2:30)5:30 6
 oz7:00 bedtime/short nurseI have so many questions and
 don't know where to turn for answers. The nurse at my
 pediatrician's office is surly and unhelpful about this
 type of thing. Is yours helpful (should I switch
 doctors?) How big should portions be? If I'm feeding
 them fresh veggies is it possible to over feed them or
 will they stop when full? How so I get them to start
 moving towards breakfast lunch and dinner as set meals
 and avoid snacking habits?
