[House] Clothes washer is dead

The washer was beeping when I got up this morning, so I adjusted the 
load and restarted it. It drained some and then the smoke came out. I 
suspect either the motor or the pump. Whatever the case, the washer is 
dead, and I don't think anyone repairs them.

I guess I need to fit a trip to a laundrymat into my day. I think 
there's one near the Costco.
